Liberty Central Nha Trang Hotel

I liked many things about this hotel: cleanliness, modern, friendly staffs, location closed to many restaurants and services.

Closed to many restaurants and bars, tends to be noisy at times.

Room was huge, buffet breakfast was very good and location is very close to the beach.Bath tub in the suite was fantastic.

The view from my room was the main thing that made my stay worth while.

Average stay at average hotel. I would not stay here again.The reception area made the first impression and it was not a bright and welcoming space. All the seats have stains.I booked a premier double room and the sea view from my room on the 19th floor was honesty excellent.The room itself was okay, it could have been cleaner. The bed was clean and somewhat comfortable, but squeaky. The shower water was never hot, only warm. The plumbing was problematic. The shower floor would flood as the water didn't drain out well while taking a shower. The toilet was blocked. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful At breakfast, bacon was served only on request, after a 10 minute wait. Milk at the coffee station was served cold, coffee was warmed on request. Pool area was nice."Private beach" only has 6 umbrellas and 12 beach chairs, so there were never any open seats available. I opted to rent a beach chair from independent sellers for 100 000vnd.

We were in Vietnam on holidays for 18 days.Liberty Central was by far the stand out holiday stay.With my wife having some special needs we would never consider staying anywhere else.Ms Ha and Ms Vy made our stay so lovely.Ha and Vy are such a wonderful asset to this lovely hotel.

No negatives.

Very convenient for downtown Nha Trang, beaches, taxis etc. Incredibly clean. Lovely room with very comfortable bed & lovely pillows. Room cleaned daily. Big shower with good quality shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Breakfast was fabulous- an amazing selection of food, especially the fruit. Used the private beach area with pool towels provided. It was a great stay.

Only had Bacon, grilled tomatoes once in seven days at breakfast buffet .Tiny breakfast Cereal bowels a bit annoying.

The location

The only positive thing about this hotel was the location. However, the noise was unbearable. Despite being on the 18th floor, the sound from outside, especially from a nearby bars, was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at all. Additionally, you pay extra for what is supposed to be a “private beach area,” but they only have about 10 sunbeds. So either you sit on the ground or have to go elsewhere. Also, the staff working at the beach was EXTREMELY RUDE. At one point, he started yelling and cursing at me because I am not even sure why. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we left after one. Avoid this place and go somewhere else!

We had a signature room and it was very nice. Lovely views, amazing bed and bathtub looking over the city. Breakfast is ok. The location is perfect. When we arrived our room was “made and ready” but it had not been cleaned, we let the reception know and they fixed it immediately so they managed to save the situation haha (read below and see picture for information about cleanliness). Good price for the quality.

When we arrived, it was obvious the floors had not been vacuumed. There was dirt in the corners, some dirty socks left by previous guests and hairs everywhere. The glass doors in the hotel room were also dirty. We took pictures and showed them to the reception which immediately apologised and ordered a deep clean of the room. When we got back, it was up to standards and we were happy. However, during our entire stay, we could see the same rubbish in the corridor every day which meant they were not vacuumed or cleaned. It was quite dirty and never got taken care of, but since it was not in our room, we didn’t really care… however this isn’t something you would expect from a four star hotel. Some of the machines in the gym are broken, very old. There are only a few sunbeds by the pool area. The bar by the pool was closed as well as the sky bar which was quite shocking, and there was no information written about this. The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds and we were lucky the first days to get a couple. But the other days it was impossible since there were only a few. The staff never greeted us when we entered the hotel, they didn’t even look up. We got the impression that they have dealt with rude guests of a long period of time so we can’t really blame them.I have mentioned honest floors about the hotel, but I do have to mention we were very happy with our room once it had been cleaned we felt comfortable and the price is really good. So it’s still very recommended.

We stayed for 7 nights and would recommend this hotel. Very good sound proofing. We barely heard any hallway noise and no noise from other rooms or outside. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of Asian choices and adequate Western choices. Location was excellent - a short one block to the beach, restaurants, shopping, mini-marts, massage, cafes, etc, all close by.

The wifi did not work in our room. Hotel staff responded as best they could but we still only had access off and on. We used our phone data. Also you cannot hook up a Firestick to the TV. The dedicated beach area had lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels, but each time we passed by, they were full.

This was an exceptional hotel, fantastic! Thank you! Everything about this hotel was wonderful, of course including the price which was nicely affordable for me. Great rooms which were comfortable, spacious, and very nicely furnished, very clean, great TV, very nice staff at the desk and cleaning, very nice breakfast, close to the beach. Restaurant in the hotel was also great, for business had very enjoyable lunch and dinner there with good price, better than the single lunch I had outside at a restaurant along the street when I had just arrived and was waiting for check-in and before I knew better. Beach was beautiful and nice ambiance with restaurants and shops on this side of the street. Will definitely try to come here to Nha Trang and this Hotel again. Thank you!

The location of the property is in a busy part of town and very close to cafe’s, bars, and the beach. Taxi’s are readily available. The hotel staff are always on hand to offer help if they can. They are always pleasant and polite.

The fact that the bar area at the pool was closed but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The location is perfect, next to the beach and all the necessary shops and cafes. It is surrounded by lots of good places to shop and eat out. The breakfast was very tasty. Plenty of dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. The staff spoke good English.
